Performance Improvement
Systems are built for a purpose and naturally always aspire to realize more of that purpose. It is obvious to anyone, operating in and leading any system that to realize more of the purpose mandates improvement, there is only so much a system can realize without it. It is also clear that to improve a system must change. Still, experience proves that a non-negligible part of the improvement programs (change programs) system execute end without delivering the expected improvement in performance. Clear evidence that although improvement mandates change, not every change is an improvement. Change that does not improve is not only a wase of time and money but worse it is demotivating and lead people to distrust the leadership, which in turn diminished the probability of success with the next improvement initiative. Why is it so common to change without improving? Is it inevitable, or is there a systemic way to choose, design and execute change programs that consistently deliver the expected improvement, or more? Follow this program to get the answers, the knowledge and the skills needed to break out of the change.
